Coach Nakiya Myrant-Mijares Assistant Coach Allie Schwartz

The 14 National team will practice twice a week starting in November at NOVA Sports in Monument, Colorado. Practices will be Mondays and Thursdays. To increase stamina, strength, and reduce chance of injury, they will also attend FYX Training one night a week as a team for conditioning and agility training. This team will include up to 10 players that will play in local Power tournaments, Crossroads, Music City tournament in Nashville and RMR Showdown.
